In this short time, I’ve shed 10 pounds, a milestone that has me feeling both proud and invigorated. My weekly routine has been a mix of consistent workouts, including 4 thirty-minute gym sessions (Monday-Thursday), 2 one hour (or more) gym workouts (Friday, Saturday), and a day of rest (Sunday), complemented by daily walking and Supernatural VR fitness 4-5 times a week.
