  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 cloves 2-3 garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Optional: teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Optional: add or substitute your favorite nuts (or what you have on hand!), such as cashews, macadamia, pecans
